Brand Analytics certification

Brand Analytics offers a training, testing and certification program to operate the Brand Analytics system on your own.

Brand Analytics certificates confirm that your specialists are knowledgeable in media analytics and strengthen the credibility of your professional competence.

The certificate is valid for three years from date of issuance.

The certification exam may be taken by employees of companies and agencies that are customers of Brand Analytics.

Certification exam

The exam is taken free of charge in testing format. The test consists of 10 questions. The exam is considered to be passed successfully with a test result of at least 80%. Time limit: 45 minutes. To take your test, use your login in Brand Analytics.

Take your certification exam

Once the exam has been successfully passed, you will receive your personal certificate with a unique digital identifier. The certificate is sent automatically in softcopy by email. A paper copy of the certificate may be received upon request. Delivery is made by Russian Post.

Training to receive your certificate

In order to pass tests successfully, you can receive training in working with the Brand Analytics system and preparing standard research. Training is carried out both at the Brand Analytics office and remotely. If you want to prepare for the exam on your own, you can use the training materials available.

Training is free of charge for Brand Analytics customers. The course can be completed by 10 specialists maximum from a single company.

The training consists of two courses: “Brand Analytics Framework” and “SMA Brand Analytics.” Each course consists of two 3-hour sessions.

The course “Brand Analytics Framework” is a deep dive into system functionality. You will get familiarized with system capabilities and learn to use each of its functions efficiently.

The course “SMA Brand Analytics” relates to Social Media Analytics (SMA). The topics to be reviewed using actual cases include: SMA tasks and objectives, SMA capabilities and areas of application, methods of preparing analytical reports using Brand Analytics.
